yeah that is one of the nastiest mobs in gw history.
1. about 15 pop up at once.
2. each cloudtouched incubus come a broken pve monster skill
Soul Rending shriek - Target foe takes 40 damage. If target is Enchanted, that foe loses one Enchantment and is Dazed for 8 seconds. This skill will remove any enchant, even spellbreaker. i've tried.
3. HM touchers, need i say more? on top of that you are being shot with arrows that causes disease constantly.
4. the run the most coordinated spike ever. 3,2,1, spike. very very fast with mind shock + life stealing.
I've figured out a way to do it. I run a high armor/hp tank personally. I flag the henchies away from the rez shring, activate the rez shrine, pop the group and then activate enraging charge back to my monks. They will spike me and the monk will usually save me in time.
They will then proceed to follow you and hand you your ass. However they will stay where your party was wiped. So assuming you flagged far enought, your party will rez with the group behind you, so you can just proceed past them and skip them at the expense of 15% dp.
its cheap but it works. Its a shame that such dirty tactics are required to play in HM. Anet need to truely consider what is HM and what is simply cheating.
ps. i've tried ward against harm, snares, blah blah. doesn't work very effectively.

I did this last night, I remember there being an annoying mob at that rez shrine, it wiped me once then I rezzed beside them and finished them off. Bit annoying but it didn't occur to me that it was too hard at the time.
I do agree that Stormcloud Incubus are MUCH harder in HM, when they come in groups of 5 or more their spike is ridiculous.

I got past them..the trick is to send a henchie up there or go up there yourself to trigger the spawn then run away. After they spawn the file down into the main area and you can pull them in reasonable amounts. Of course you will most likely end up losing whatever you send up there.

Dont know if this dungeon was so hard ... we did it in about 1 hour with a friend ... Me as an Ele, Ward of Weariness, Unsteady Ground, Glowstone, Churning Earth, Stoning, Ward Against Elements etc. 3xN/Rt on me and a friend, which came as a Rt healer, Odgen and Souske as a standard SF.
We even didnt know that we killed the last boss. We just fight some group of mobs and after dispatching them a chest appeared ... we both wrote a same message into Team Chat, "that was it?"
This was in my eyes the easiest dungeon so far in HM (not counting snowman). Its quite short, same setup worked for us in Darkrime Delves (where I added Ward of Stability instead of Elements + Ward against Meele) and Arachni's Haunt
